Personal data controller

The controller of your voluntarily provided personal data is SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław (50-304), ul. A. Słonimskiego 1 (hereinafter referred to as SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o.).

Contact regarding personal data processing

Contact with the Controller is possible using the Controller's correspondence data, e-mail: biuro@si-consulting.pl or by phone: +48 571 558 500. The Controller informs that, for the purpose of proper protection of personal data, he appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: iod.sic@si-consulting.pl

We request that in case of doubts concerning the processing of personal data, you first address your questions to the Controller or to the Data Protection Supervisor.

Purposes, legal basis and duration of personal data processing

Your personal data, will/may be processed for the following purposes:

  1. registration/enrolment for the Event and contact with the participants of the Event as part of the organisational activities, as well as the sending/transmitting of information materials after the Event - the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO),
  2. the establishment and implementation of contact with the participants of the Event - the legal basis for the processing of your data is the necessity of the processing for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
  3. possible establishment, investigation or defence against claims related to the organisation of the Event - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the purposes of the Controller's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
  4. the sending of promotional materials and commercial offers on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO and consents under the provisions of the Telecommunications Law and the Act on the provision of electronic services).

For the purpose of the above purposes, your personal data will not be subject to decisions based on automated processing, including profiling. You can withdraw your consent by contacting the Controller at the following email address: iod.sic@si-consulting.pl. Please also be advised that withdrawal of consent will not affect actions that the Controller has taken before consent was withdrawn.

Participation in the Event is voluntary, but it is linked to the need to provide us with certain personal data that enables us to organise and run the Event efficiently and to maintain contact with participants for this purpose.

Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent, until you lodge an effective objection to the processing or until the purpose of the processing of this personal data ceases. In the case of the assertion or defence of claims, until their statute of limitations.

Recipients of data - to whom the Controller may provide personal data

SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf and for the benefit of SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. Entities entrusted with the processing of your personal data fall, in particular, into the category of infrastructure solution providers and may process your personal data within the meaning of the RODO, in a third country. These entities may also use further entities to process your personal data in a third country. The categories of recipients to whom SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. has entrusted the processing of personal data also include, but are not limited to: its subcontractors, suppliers and external entities cooperating with SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. that provide services such as accounting, consulting, administrative services. Your personal data may therefore also be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and be processed there. Any transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable law. Your data may be transferred to third countries and international organisations where entities based in these countries have implemented appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data. If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. applies the Standard Contractual Clauses as a security measure for countries where the European Commission has not established an adequate level of data protection.

In addition, SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. will share your personal data with other recipients insofar as such an obligation arises from the law or the sharing arises from the relationship between you and SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o.

The rights you have depending on the legal basis for processing your data

1. when the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO you have the right to: access to your data, rectification of your data, to be forgotten, restriction of processing, data portability.

Information regarding the consent given

The consent you have given for the processing of your personal data may be withdrawn at any time and the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the moment of withdrawal of consent. 2. When the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO you have the right to: access to your data, rectification of your data, to be forgotten, to restrict processing, to object to processing.

3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in the event that you consider̨ that the processing of your personal data is in breach of data protection laws.
