Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO/GDPR).
We take special care to protect the interests of data subjects and in particular ensures that the data we collect is:
- processed lawfully,
- collected for specified lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
- Substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and kept in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
Why do we need your personal data? On what legal basis can we process your personal data?
Your personal data is processed:
(a) where you have given your consent in order to:
- sending you offers, responses to your requests and marketing content via the communication channel of your choice (SMS, telephone, email),
- managing your consent for the communication channel of your choice.
b) managing the consents you have given - when you visit our websites, each website may store or retrieve information from your browser in the form of cookies. We then ask you to consent to the storage of the data acquired during your visit. The entire process is described in detail in our Cookies Policy.
We process the following range of your data:
- name/organisation,
- e-mail address
- telephone number,
- first and last name,
- data stored in cookies, including the IP of your device,
- any other data provided by you in the content of your enquiry sent via the contact form and attachments.
Profiling only takes place when you visit our pages - by means of cookies. Your data is not processed in an automated manner to determine (estimate) your needs or personality traits. We do not collect additional information about you from other sources. Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area and is not forwarded to international organisations.
How long we keep your data
We try to limit as much as possible the period of storage of personal data that is no longer used. However, we would like to inform you that this may occur for operational and technological reasons. By this we mean the time it takes to decide whether further contact is advisable as well as the time it takes to delete the data from the security copy.
Your data will be processed by us for the purpose of handling your enquiry for the duration of the correspondence and then, depending on the outcome of the correspondence, either fed into our customer base and further processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, or - if there is no possibility of a partnership - deleted 12 months after the last message was sent.
Your data will be processed by us for the purpose of handling non-tender enquiries for the duration of the correspondence and will be deleted after a period of 12 months from the date the last message was sent.
Data processed on the basis of consent, will be processed until revoked. In the case of sending marketing information, the period of 30 days needed for us to delete it from the security copy must also be added.

What rights do you have under the RODO?
If you have given your consent for akquinet consulting sp. z o. o. to send you marketing content, you can withdraw it at any time. We suggest to do so by sending us a message from the same email address to which you receive marketing content to our address: iod.sic@akquinet.pl The sole consequence of withdrawing your consent will be that you will no longer receive marketing content from us. We also notify you that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your data that took place before this withdrawal.
You have the right to access and correct your personal data.
If you are in a special situation which makes the further processing of your data by us jeopardise your privacy, you can notify us and request that we restrict the processing.
You also have the right to request that we send your data to another entity in a form that the recipient can freely process. We notify you that this right only applies to data that we have received from you.
You have the right to request the erasure of your data.
You have the right to rectification of your data.

Principles of security of personal data processing We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data, their integrity and confidentiality, and in particular we protect the data from being disclosed to unauthorised persons, from being processed in violation of the law, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed. Personal data are processed only on our instructions by authorised employees or associates.
