For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?
Your personal data, which includes so-called "cookies", will be processed for purposes including, in particular:

Where will your personal data be processed?
akquinet consulting sp. z o.o. will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf and for the benefit of akquinet consulting sp. z o.o.. Entities entrusted with the processing of your personal data belong, in particular, to the category of infrastructure solution providers. The categories of recipients to whom akquinet consulting sp. z o.o. has entrusted the processing of personal data also include, but are not limited to: its subcontractors, suppliers and external entities cooperating with akquinet consulting sp. z o.o., and these are, in particular, entities: providing IT services and software, consulting and administrative services.
How long will we process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the above purposes - more in the Cookie Policy. For all other purposes, your personal data will be processed until you revoke your consent or earlier, unless the SIC has a further purpose for the processing - see the Cookie Policy for more.
What are your rights?
The nature of the personal data processed, i.e. cookies, based on Article 11(1) of the GDPR, can be considered personal data whose processing does not require identification. We therefore kindly inform you that in connection with the exercise of the rights of data subjects, in accordance with Article 11(2) of the GDPR, the provisions of Articles 15-20 of the GDPR do not generally apply.

- request the deletion of your personal data (the right to be forgotten);
