Did you know that in April we managed to successfully launch the first stage of a unique project for Fortaco Polska in Gliwice? In this part of the work, areas supporting business processes in the field of finance and controlling were mainly implemented. But that's not all -> we have also launched elements of material management, thanks to which activities have been optimized to support business operations related to the construction of the plant in Gliwice!
Why is this implementation so unique? Our activities are based on a model implementation approach for ERP SAP S/4HANA systems, which involves the use of the so-called Global Template -> we support the standardization of business processes that were carried out for another unit of the Fortaco group in Estonia. Thanks to this approach, local implementation for the plant in Gliwice was prepared in just... 4 months!
The implementation has been divided into 2 Stages and takes place in parallel with the construction of the plant -> it is in Stage 2 (on which intensive work is already underway!) that the remaining production and logistics processes will be fully implemented. So when will the production start of Stage II take place? It is already scheduled for July 2024! :-)
