We are glad that Fortaco has trusted us again in terms of the implementation of SAP S/4HANA! This time we support the newly built production plant in Gliwice. The work began in December 2023, stage 1 (the financial and accounting as well as the purchase and logistics) will be launched in April 2024 and the full functionality of the system (expanded to include sales, production, warehouse management) is planned for July 2024.
We are implementing S/4HANA so that Fortaco can gain better control over the supply chain, increase efficiency and respond faster to changing market conditions. It is possible thanks to the integration of all business processes, such as production planning, data analysis, inventory management, quality control and order processing, which contributes to increased operational efficiency.
