For what purpose and on what basis do we process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of posting a comment on the website of SI-Consulting Sp z o. o..
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, where the legitimate interest is the publication of your comment. Providing personal data such as name and surname and other data related to entering a comment (e.g. employing entity) is voluntary.
Who will be the recipient of your data?
SI-Consulting will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for the benefit of SI-Consulting. Entities entrusted with the processing of your personal data belong in particular to the category of infrastructure solutions providers. To the category of recipients to whom SI-Consulting entrusted the processing of personal data, also include, among others: its subcontractors, suppliers and external entities cooperating with SI-Consulting.
How long will we process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed until February 29, 2024.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to:
- to access your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
- to rectify your inaccurate personal data;
- to request the erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten) in the event of the circumstances provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR,
- request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, in the cases indicated in Art. 18 GDPR, i.e. you have the right to request restriction of data processing
- to raise an objection to the processing of your personal data in the cases indicated in Art. 21 GDPR;
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) in the event that you consider̨ that the processing of your personal data is in breach of data protection laws.
