Purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing of personal data
Your personal data, will/may be processed for the following purposes:
- responding to inquiries, conducting marketing activities, and sending commercial information regarding the products and services we offer—based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., voluntary consent, and consent pursuant to Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law. Once you have given your consent, the Data Controller will be able to send you commercial information via email or contact you at the phone number you provided (via phone call or text message). In this case, your personal data will be processed until the aforementioned purpose is fulfilled or until you withdraw any of the consents you have granted. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive information about products or services,
- to establish, investigate, or defend against potential claims, and to demonstrate the Controller’s accountability, as referred to in Article 5(2) of the GDPR (to pursue the Controller’s legitimate interests in safeguarding against claims and ensuring accountability, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, until the statute of limitations for claims under generally applicable laws expires.)
For the purposes of achieving the above objectives, your personal data will not be subject to decisions based on automated processing, including profiling. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to contact us and obtain information about our products and services.
Recipients of data - to whom the Administrator may forward personal data
The categories of data recipients include: subcontractors, suppliers, and external entities that collaborate with us in connection with the services we provide, such as accounting, consulting, administrative services, and support. Your personal data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Every transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable law. In addition, we may disclose personal data to other recipients if required to do so by law.
