SI-Consulting Sp. z o.o. has joined akquinet GmbH. SI-Consulting specialises in SAP implementation and other IT services and can further expand its market presence within AKQUINET both nationally and internationally. The purchase negotiations were successfully concluded on 23 May 2023.
SI-Consulting has been providing SAP solutions, IT infrastructure, software development services for its customers for almost 20 years. The company employs around 200 people at its locations in Wroclaw and Poznan. It will now become part of the AKQUINET Group, a German IT company with 950 employees and more than 20 locations in Germany and Austria.

AKQUINET has taken over 100 percent of the shares in SI-Consulting. The scope of the cooperation with the previous majority owner of the company and at the same time the most important customer - the Impel Group - remains unaffected by the transaction. The management of SI-Consulting will continue the successful development of the company and its expansion as part of the AKQUINET Group.
