In March 2023, the shareholders of SI-Consulting signed an acquisition agreement with the German company AKQUINET GmbH. Currently, an application has been submitted to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK) for anti-trust consent to the transaction. Once approved, AKQUINET will acquire a 100% stake in SI-Consulting.

- The transaction does not affect the scope of cooperation with the current majority owner of the Company, and at the same time the key client – the Impel Group - adds Paweł Wala, Vice President of the Management Board of the Company, responsible for the area of SAP and IT maintenance services.
